By using DG Caddy you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The service
DG Caddy gives AI-generated coaching feedback on disc golf throws based on still frames from videos you provide. Feedback is informational. It may be incomplete or wrong, and it is not a substitute for in-person coaching or medical advice.
Play safe
Warm up, stay within your physical limits, and stop if something hurts. Only film and throw where it's safe and allowed, and never throw toward people. You are responsible for your own safety and for anyone in your videos agreeing to be filmed.
Your content
You own the videos and frames you submit. You give us permission to store and process them, including sending frames to our AI provider, solely to provide the service to you. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, or content that isn't a disc golf throw.
Subscriptions
- DG Caddy Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
- If a free trial is offered, you'll be charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- Subscriptions renew at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- To keep the service reliable, Pro includes a generous daily analysis limit.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated access, or attempts to get around usage limits or the paywall.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, DG Caddy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injuries from practicing techniques suggested by the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use DG Caddy means you accept the updated terms.
